Terms of service
The terms you agree to by using AnimeAether: what the service is, what it is not, and what is expected of you.

Using the service
AnimeAether is provided as it is. Browsing is open to anyone; playback requires a free account. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself.
Content and hosting
AnimeAether does not host, upload, store or transmit any video. The site indexes publicly available material and links to third-party players that are operated independently of us. All series, films, artwork and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
If you hold rights in material reachable from this site and want it removed, the process is on the DMCA page and requests are actioned there.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, mirror or bulk-download the catalogue or its metadata.
- Attempt to extract player URLs outside of normal playback, or automate access to them.
- Interfere with the service, probe it for vulnerabilities, or circumvent rate limits.
- Post anything unlawful, abusive, or deliberately spoiling in comments and reviews.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
User contributions
Comments and ratings you post remain yours. By posting them you allow us to display them on the site. We may remove a contribution that breaks the rules above, and may suspend an account that repeatedly does.
Advertising
The service is supported by third-party advertising. Ads are supplied by external networks and their content is theirs; a link in an ad is not an endorsement by AnimeAether.
Availability
No uptime is promised. Streams are supplied by third parties and can disappear without notice; the catalogue changes as titles are added and withdrawn. Nothing here is a guarantee that a particular title will remain available.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, AnimeAether is not liable for any loss arising from use of the service or from anything reached through a third-party player or advertisement, and the service is provided without warranties of any kind.
Ending your use
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
